Gregory Automation is a private application used for internal editorial production and workflow management. It integrates with Google Sheets, Google Docs and Asana.
Gregory accesses authorized Google Sheets data, Google Docs content and Asana task information required for editorial workflow automation.
Information is processed to track production tasks, monitor assignments, calculate workloads, maintain workflow records and provide internal notifications.
Workflow records are maintained in authorized Google Sheets and on the application's private server. Access credentials and operational files are intended for authorized application administration only.
Gregory does not sell personal information or use Google user data for advertising. Operational task notifications may be delivered to authorized internal team channels through Telegram.
Workflow information is retained as needed for internal operations, historical reporting and troubleshooting. Requests concerning access or deletion can be directed to the contact email below.
Gregory's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
